Marvin custom front doors can withstand between 210 and 390 mile per hour winds. Marvin entry doors are approved by and meet the requirements of both Miami-Dade County and the state of Florida. Marvin windows and custom front doors are manufactured to be long lasting and durable.
Our doors require minimal maintenance and will not swell or decay. The raised colonial muntins, painted wood grain finishes, custom colors, and the wide selection of glass and hardware options are elegant enhancements to any home.
Marvin has been manufacturing since 2002 in Delray Beach, Florida. Marvin products are designed and constructed specifically for the South Florida market. Marvin's 80,000 square feet manufacturing facilities ensures superior levels of hurricane resistance and security. Marvin meet the most stringent requirements, including High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) ratings and are Miami Dade and Florida Approved. Marvin Windows and Doors has earned its reputation manufacturing the highest quality impact windows and doors.

Frames
Inswing/Outswing maximum sizes are 60 x 120, 72” x 108”& 74” x 100” for a single door. Full Glass Door with the option of True Divided & Applied Rails. Heavy duty extruded aluminum with textured finish to obtain the look of wood is available. Frame depth is 4”. Installation holes are pre-punched for easy installation.

Bone White, Bronze, Anodized, Hazelnut, English Oak, Honey Cherry, Red Cinammon, Walnut, White, Black Kynar.

Multiple glazing options are available.

Fully weather stripped throughout, which provides a tight seal to prevent water and air filtration. Glazed with Santoprene Gasket with (100% STRAIN) = 406 PSI.

All Doors and Sidelites are available with Integral Transoms. Sidelites are available as Stand Alone and Self-mating.

Custom Entrance doors come standard with Emtek hardware. The Emtek door hardware is the beginning of a grand style that can be carried throughout the home with coordinating interior hardware and latches. Other custom hardware are available, contact us for more information.

Your custom entrance door can be prepped for 1 multi-point handleset or (1) levers & (1) deadbolt and multi-point handleset are available at an additional charge.
Our Entrance Doors are custom built to your specifications. Lead times will vary for non-stocked items. Once your order is placed, please expect 4-6 weeks for standard colors and 6-10 weeks for wood grain finish before shipment. (Some exclusions apply).
